How long does it take to prepare for the ARDMS SPI or specialty exams?
The answer is largely dependent on individual circumstances. That being said, you want to give yourself time to become familiar with the subject of interest – whether ultrasound physics or a specialty. Study and review on a daily basis are critical. Within a couple of months, you should have primary relationships, formulas, and vocabulary well in mind. Once this is the case, you should be ready to go!
